Duties

• Supervise groundworks activities on site, ensuring work is completed safely and to programme.
• Cookinate operatives and monitor quality standards.
• Oversee drainage, excavation, concreting and finishing works.
• Ensure compliance with company and client health and safety requirements.
• Complete site records and reports as required.
• Liaise with site management and subcontractors.

• Previous Groundworks Supervisory experience
• Valid CSCS Card
• EUSR Level 1 and EUSR Level 2 (Essential)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Good understanding of health and safety requirements
