About the role

Groundskeeper Experience The EMBREY Way by joining our dynamic Property Management team as a Groundskeeper at The Finch. As a Groundskeeper, you will sustain the cleanliness and quality of the property by cleaning assigned areas and providing exceptional customer service. Position Location: Denver, CO. Reporting: direct to Maintenance Supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain the property, buildings and equipment.
• Ensure the grounds, buildings and units are fully functional, safe and attractive.
• Clean and remove all trash, obstacles and debris from the community.
• Maintain pool and equipment on a regular schedule.

Qualifications

• One year experience as a Porter in property management or a similar position
• Knowledge of basic property cleaning and maintenance
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
• Valid Driver’s License Required
• Testing Criminal Background Check, Non-DOT Testing, MVR

Pay

Hourly Rate: $22.00
