About the role
The Groundskeeper at Renaissance is responsible for maintaining the grounds and facilities in a clean and safe condition.
Responsibilities
- Maintain landscaping and grounds in accordance with established standards and policies.
- Perform regular maintenance on all grounds equipment and tools.
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed and maintained.
- Respond to emergency situations as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in groundskeeping or similar field preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Qualifications
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and climbing.
- Knowledge of basic landscaping techniques and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Skills
- Proficient in using groundskeeping equipment and tools.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
