About the role
Cedar Trace Apartments is seeking an experienced Groundskeeper for full-time, year-round work.
Responsibilities
- Pick up trash, clean lots, curbs, and common areas
- Mow, trim, edge, rake, fertilize, and maintain flowerbeds
- Light tree/bush trimming + irrigation checks
- Snow removal in winter
- Pool cleaning and seasonal prep
- Help the maintenance team when needed
Requirements
- 6+ months landscaping/grounds work
- Able to run mowers, trimmers, and other equipment
- Willing to work outside year-round
- Friendly and dependable
Qualifications
- Pre-employment screenings required (criminal background check, drug screening, valid Drivers License)

- Landscaping/grounds work experience
- Operates mowers, trimmers, and other equipment
