Responsibilities
- Maintains the surrounding outside property, as it relates to debris, plants, sidewalk and paver finishes.
- Plows snow, spreads salt and other materials as needed.
- Responsible for duties inside the building, including but not limited to cleaning assignments for fountains, mechanical rooms, etc., during inclement weather.
- Pressure washes all bricks, parking bus depot and building.
- Washes all machinery with pressure washer.
- Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes, and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs.
- Answers all calls promptly and courteously.
- Maintains all grounds keeping equipment such as blowers and sweepers.
- Reports issues to Manager.
- Reports any issues to the Facilities Supervisor/Manager.
- Responsible for ensuring the compliance with all regulatory compliance within area of responsibility and reporting potential issues to management.
- Maintains strict confidentiality in all departmental and company matters.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; zero to one year of experience in cleaning public buildings and/or facilities; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to maintain professional, neat, and well-groomed appearance, adhering to department and company standards.
- Must have working knowledge of and be able to use a vacuum cleaner, carpet cleaner, buffer, ladder, Tommie lift, and a shop vac.

Certifications, Licenses, Registrations
- Must have a valid Driver License.
