Groundskeepers play a vital role in creating an exceptional apartment community. As a Groundskeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness and appearance of the community’s exterior and interior spaces. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and contributing to a clean and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough cleaning and pick-up of debris or trash throughout interior and exterior areas of the property.
- Maintain cleanliness of sidewalks, breezeways, parking lots, green spaces, and community signage areas.
- Ensure community trash receptacles, compactor areas, and pet stations are well-maintained and free of debris or large items around the perimeter.
- Assist with light landscaping tasks including raking, weeding, trimming, and watering as directed by the maintenance team.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of pool deck areas, courtyards, grilling stations, benches, & both indoor and outdoor amenities.
- Assist the maintenance team with light painting of curbs, signposts, & interior and exterior touch-ups as needed.
- Conduct light checks around the property and report outages to maintenance
