Groundskeeper/Housekeeper

About the role

Legend Management Group is a 100% fully COVID-19 vaccinated company and has a mandatory vaccination policy in place. As our Housekeeper/Groundskeeper at The Elms at Clarksburg/Encore, you will upkeep the beauty of the community to maintain its common areas and curb appeal.

Responsibilities

• Remove trash from office, common areas and community
• Help with evictions
• Aid in the preparation of market ready units including remove trash from vacant apartments to make-ready
• Aid in the cleaning of available apartments and or models
• Affix any maintenance concerns for repairs on apartments, models, clubhouse, and/or common areas
• Check and replace exterior lighting
• Complete Monthly Building/Grounds Inspection Report
• Inspect and water plant material/flowers to ensure health and longevity
• Paint curbs, signposts, playground equipment, fences, and other items that relate to grounds persons tasks
• Remove and bring appliances to shop and to apartments
• Distribute resident communications to resident’s homes

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of groundskeeping experience
• The ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb stairs, use ladders and work in varying weather conditions

Pay

Salary Range: $17.65/hour-$20.67 (based on experience) with $5,000 annual bonus potential
