Groundskeeper / Cleaner

We are seeking a reliable, hardworking and safety‑grounds technician to keep the cleanliness, appearance, and upkeep of our facility's outdoor areas. The ideal candidate pays attention to detail and can work independently in a variety of weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of parking lots and surrounding outdoor areas.
• Collect and dispose of garbage and trash appropriately.
• Sweep and pressure wash walkways and parking lot.
• Keep outdoor spaces clean, organized and free of debris.
• Follow established safety procedures and maintain a safe environment.
• Perform other cleaning duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including rain, heat and cold.
• Safety oriented.
• Ability to work with other crew members.
• Good time management and attention to detail.
• Must be able to listen to customer requests and follow supervisor instructions.
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
• Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision.
