Responsibilities

• Keep the property in a neat, clean, and well-maintained condition.
• Daily exterior inspections of the community to ensure cleanliness and "curb appeal."
• Completion of daily chemical inspections, maintenance, and cleaning to meet city codes and company standards for the pool.
• Aid in maintaining the property by assisting maintenance personnel with light maintenance tasks.
• Ensure resident satisfaction and be available for on-call emergencies such as snow removal, as requested by the Community Manager.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Able to follow direction and be flexible with work assignments.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Pool certification, if applicable.
• Frequent standing, walking, and occasional sitting.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 110 pounds.
• Occasional squatting, reaching, stooping, climbing stairs/ladders, and balancing.
• If driving for company business: Valid driver’s license, acceptable motor vehicle record, company insurance coverage, reliable transportation, and proof of personal auto liability insurance.

Qualifications

Essential mental alertness requirements include being in a constant state of alertness, able to perform tasks involving high levels of cognitive function and judgment, and capable of taking prompt and appropriate responses to operating conditions. Candidates must also demonstrate a caring, committed, and concerned attitude towards safety.
