Groundskeeper

Responsibilities

• Being responsible for the overall condition of the exterior space and common area space of the property
• Good customer service when interacting with residents and coworkers
• Traffic and debris pick up
• Maintaining the overall condition of exteriors of the buildings and signage
• Pool maintenance
• Breeze way housekeeping
• Snow and ice removal
• Flower and tree maintenance
• Dog waste and cigarette butt removal
• Assisting the Maintenance Tech with maintenance duties

Qualifications

• Subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances and set by Senior Management
• May be adjusted from Hourly to Salary
