About the role

Together with the Facilities Manager, the Groundskeeper is responsible for the routine maintenance of property owned by Southern Dharma Retreat Center, as well as the Center’s buildings and infrastructure, and vehicles.

Schedule

Full-time position averaging 30 hours per week. The retreat season runs from March through early January, with staff typically on winter respite from early January through the end of February. Insurance benefits continue during this time off.
