About the role

I am seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Project Manager. This position will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of various projects within our organization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project timelines and budgets
• Manage project teams and ensure timely delivery of projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and develop solutions
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary
• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project management
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

• Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of construction and/or real estate industry practices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Skills

• Project management software proficiency (e.g., Primavera, MS Project)

Pay

Salary range: $70,000 - $90,000 annually

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
