Responsibilities
- Manage property operations efficiently
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
- Develop and implement maintenance plans
- Collaborate with vendors and contractors to maintain high standards of service
- Handle tenant relations and lease management
- Perform financial analysis and budgeting
- Prepare and present reports to stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in property management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Knowledge of property management software
- Experience with leasing and tenant management systems
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
