About the role

This Groundskeeper position is located at Bexley Park in Morrisville, NC. Groundskeepers are essential members of our team, keeping our communities clean, beautiful, and welcoming. This role is ideal for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and takes pride in their work.

Pay

Hourly rates start at $16/hour with competitive pay and quarterly bonuses. Eligible for a $1,000 stay-on bonus after 90 days in good standing.

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Pick up trash and clean pet waste stations
• Trash out apartments
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the community
• Perform light painting and housekeeping tasks
• Support maintenance as needed
• Operate equipment such as backpack blowers and power washers
• Use hand tools and operate golf carts/trailers
• Planting, weeding, and maintenance of outdoor spaces

Requirements

• Prolonged periods of standing and walking
• Frequently lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds or more
• Frequent bending and stooping for planting, weeding, and maintenance
• Work outdoors year-round in various weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, humidity)
• Ability to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation
