Groundskeeper

About the role

Weinstein Properties is seeking a Groundskeeper to join our dynamic team. Based in Richmond, Virginia, we manage over 60 apartment communities across multiple states.

Responsibilities

• Keep apartment communities clean, beautiful, and welcoming
• Pick up trash, clean pet waste stations, trashing out apartments
• Frequent, repetitive tasks like picking up litter and pet waste
• May involve physically demanding tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds, operating equipment, and working in various weather conditions

Requirements

• Reliable, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and takes pride in work
• Independent and proactive, willing to take on various responsibilities
• Strong work ethic, open to learning new skills, and adaptable to different tasks

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in groundskeeping or similar field preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical labor
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a golf cart/trailer

Benefits

• Competitive hourly rate starting at $16.50/hour
• Quarterly bonuses, including a $1000 stay bonus after 90 days and in good standing
