Groundskeeper

About the role

Weinstein Properties is seeking a Groundskeeper to join our team at Bexley 3Five. Located in Richmond, Virginia, we manage over 60 apartment communities across multiple states. As a hands-on operation, we prioritize the customer experience and are looking for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and passionate about maintaining our properties.

Responsibilities

• Pick up trash and debris
• Clean pet waste stations
• Trash out apartments
• Perform daily, repetitive tasks like picking up litter and pet waste
• Light painting and housekeeping tasks as needed
• Support maintenance as needed
• Operate equipment including backpack blowers, power washers, and golf carts/trailers
• Work in various weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and humidity

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in groundskeeping or similar role preferred
• Physical ability to perform tasks requiring prolonged standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, and operating equipment

Pay

Hourly rate: $19/hour + Quarterly Bonuses

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
