We need to output HTML fragment with sections for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate: Non-Discrimination Statement, etc. Also remove contact info, mission, etc? The instructions: Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. So we should keep substantive info: Department Facilities, Job Purpose, Responsibilities (list of duties), Additional Skills Required, Minimum Education Requirements, Preferred Education, Minimum Job Experience Requirements, Preferred Qualifications, University Classification, FLSA Classification, Schedule/Work Hours, Full Time/Part Time, Annual Schedule. Also maybe "About" section? There's "About The University will promptly address reports..." but that's part of non-discrimination statement; we should remove that as boilerplate. The "About" heading is not present except that line; but we should not create an About section unless there is real specific content about the role. The "About The University will promptly address reports..." is not about the role; it's policy. So we should not include an About section. We need to map content to headings: - Responsibilities: list of duties from "Responsibilities of the position include..." and the bullet list under "Essential Duties". Also many duties listed after that. So we can combine all duty sentences into a
  • list. - Requirements: maybe "Minimum Education Requirements", "Preferred Education", "Minimum Job Experience Requirements", "Preferred Qualifications", "University Classification", "FLSA Classification". Could be under Requirements or Qualifications. The instruction says we can use headings like Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide which sections to include based on content. We have: - Minimum Education Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent - Preferred Education: (blank? Actually says "Preferred Education Minimum Job Experience Requirements: No experience necessary Preferred Qualifications Years of Experience: 0 University Classification: Maintenance FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt". It seems garbled. Let's parse: After "Minimum Education Requirements High School diploma or equivalent Preferred Education Minimum Job Experience Requirements: No experience necessary Preferred Qualifications Years of Experience: 0 University Classification: Maintenance FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt". So Preferred Education maybe missing; but we have "Preferred Education" line with no detail? It says "Preferred Education Minimum Job Experience Requirements: No experience necessary". Might be a formatting error. We'll treat "Preferred Education" as not specified (so we should not include if no detail). "Minimum Job Experience Requirements: No experience necessary". "Preferred Qualifications Years of Experience: 0". "University Classification: Maintenance". "FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt". Also "Schedule/Work Hours: Tuesday through Saturday, 3:00 pm-11:30 pm. Additional hours as required." "Full Time/Part Time: Full-Time". "Annual Schedule: 12". (Probably months). Also "Additional Skills Required" list. Thus we can have sections: - Responsibilities (list of duties) - Requirements (maybe combine Minimum Education Requirements, Minimum Job Experience Requirements, University Classification, FLSA Classification) - Qualifications (maybe Preferred Qualifications Years of Experience: 0) - Skills (Additional Skills Required) - Schedule (Schedule/Work Hours, Full Time/Part Time, Annual Schedule) - Benefits? Not present. - Pay? Not present. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". So we skip Benefits and Pay. We need to preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include each piece of info exactly as given, but we can rephrase into list items? The instruction: "Use
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose." So for lists we should use

      • . For prose we use

. We need to decide what is list vs prose. Responsibilities: many duties, we can make each duty a

      • . That's fine. Requirements: could be a list of items: Minimum Education Requirements, Minimum Job Experience Requirements, University Classification, FLSA Classification. Each as
      • . Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications Years of Experience: 0. Could be a
      • or

. Since it's a single item, could be

        but instruction says use

        • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. For qualifications maybe not a list; but we can still use

. However to be safe, we can use

          • for qualifications if we treat as list. Skills: Additional Skills Required list: each bullet as
          • . Schedule: we have Schedule/Work Hours, Full Time/Part Time, Annual Schedule. Could be
            • each. We must not include headings with empty content. So we will output:

              Responsibilities

              • ... each duty ...

              Requirements

              • High School diploma or equivalent
              • No experience necessary
              • University Classification: Maintenance
              • FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt

              Qualifications

              • Years of Experience: 0

              Skills

              • Possess a valid PA driver's license
              • Ability to work within the overall organization of the Physical Plant and work with skilled and unskilled personnel
              • Must possess good oral and written communication skills, follow oral and written instructions and be able to express ideas effectively and concisely
              • Must be willing to seek training to enhance or learn new skills
              • Must be accessible and available in the event of emergencies, for snow removal, special events or when needed to meet the ongoing missions of the University
              • Must maintain certification to operate large dump trucks by passing vision screening and a physical exam
              • Must enroll in the University of Scranton Hearing Protection Program and undergo annual testing and certification
              • Must wear and provide own safety shoes for use on the job
              • Must wear University supplied work apparel while on duty
              • Must successfully complete University provided training for avian waste removal and maintain any required certification
              • The ability to uphold human dignity and respect by recognizing each person's worth, valuing diverse perspectives, and treating others with kindness, fairness, and empathy
              • Must be able to respect, support and contribute to the University's Catholic and Jesuit mission

              Schedule

              • Tuesday through Saturday, 3:00 pm-11:30 pm. Additional hours as required.
              • Full-Time
              • Annual Schedule: 12
We need to ensure we didn't miss any substantive info: Department Facilities, Job Purpose. Should we include those? They are substantive. Could be placed under a heading like "About the role" or maybe under Responsibilities? The instruction: "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." So we could have an "About the role" section for Department Facilities and Job Purpose. That seems appropriate. The job purpose: "Responsibilities of the position include the maintenance of university landscaping and grounds, minor repair to grounds equipment, operation of snow removal equipment, lawn care equipment, and other grounds keeping tasks to maintain a safe and attractive environment. Grounds personnel are essential employees and must be available for early morning and/or late night hours when snow or ice is forecasted and for other duties as required to meet the goals and mission of the University." That's actually part of responsibilities but also job purpose. We could put that in About the role. However we already have a Responsibilities section with list of duties. The job purpose could be a short prose

under About the role. Let's include About the role with Department Facilities and Job Purpose. Thus:

              About the role

Department: Facilities. Job Purpose: Responsibilities of the position include the maintenance of university landscaping and grounds, minor repair to grounds equipment, operation of snow removal equipment, lawn care equipment, and other grounds keeping tasks to maintain a safe and attractive environment. Grounds personnel are essential employees and must be available for early morning and/or late night hours when snow or ice is forecasted and for other duties as required to meet the goals and mission of the University.

But note that the Responsibilities section will also list duties; we might be duplicating the job purpose content. However the instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; not to invent or summarize away detail. Including both is okay as long as we don't omit. The job purpose is substantive; we can keep it. Now check for any other substantive info: "Additional Skills Required" we covered. "Minimum Education Requirements" we covered. "Preferred Education" had no detail; we skip. "Minimum Job Experience Requirements: No experience necessary" we covered. "Preferred Qualifications Years of Experience: 0" we covered. "University Classification: Maintenance" we covered. "FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt" we covered. "Schedule/Work Hours: Tuesday through Saturday, 3:00 pm-11:30 pm. Additional hours as required." we covered. "Full Time/Part Time: Full-Time" we covered. "Annual Schedule: 12" we covered. Also there is "Posting Number: S1068P Open Date: 09/03/2026 Close Date Open Until Filled: Yes To apply, visit https://universityofscrantonjobs.com/postings/9022 Copyright ©2025 Jobelephant.com Inc. All rights reserved. Posted by the FREE value-added recruitment advertising agency je-398ea156e42f4d4b92d9df3faea5cdf6". This is boilerplate/application instructions; we should remove. Now ensure we didn't include any filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. Now output only HTML fragment, no markdown fences. Let's craft final HTML. We need to ensure proper nesting: each

              followed by either

              or

              • ...
              . We'll close tags. Let's write:

              About the role

Department: Facilities. Job Purpose: Responsibilities of the position include the maintenance of university landscaping and grounds, minor repair to grounds equipment, operation of snow removal equipment, lawn care equipment, and other grounds keeping tasks to maintain a safe and attractive environment. Grounds personnel are essential employees and must be available for early morning and/or late night hours when snow or ice is forecasted and for other duties as required to meet the goals and mission of the University.
