Responsibilities

• Support students in their academic and personal journeys through mentoring and guidance.
• Collaborate with educational and health experts to design and deliver curriculum tailored to veterans' needs.
• Provide mental and physical health support services to enhance student well-being.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of new programs and initiatives.
• Engage with alumni and industry partners to foster community and networking opportunities.

Requirements

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as exercise science, health coaching, or a related area.
• Experience working with veterans or a strong understanding of veteran-specific challenges and needs.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with students, colleagues, and stakeholders.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Qualifications

• Passion for education and a commitment to supporting veterans' success.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience in a similar role or relevant work experience.

Pay

Salary range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

Full-time position with flexible hours to accommodate student needs and personal commitments.
