Groundskeeper

Essential Duties

• Aid with general maintenance tasks such as painting, cleaning, and minor repairs.
• Maintain the landscaping by mowing, trimming, and watering plants.
• Perform routine inspections of the facility to identify any maintenance needs.
• Absorb and break down equipment for events and activities as needed.
• Identify and report to supervisor when supplies are needed.
• Perform court maintenance including blowing off debris from tennis courts and picking up trash around the grounds.
• Communicate effectively with other team members and supervisors.

Requirements

• Previous experience in maintenance or landscaping is preferred.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in outdoor conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Must be reliable and able to work independently or as part of a team.
