Groundskeeper

About the role

The role involves maintaining and enhancing the company’s grounds, ensuring all areas are clean, safe, and aesthetically pleasing. The Groundskeeper is responsible for performing various tasks including but not limited to mowing lawns, trimming bushes, planting flowers, and cleaning facilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds and facilities in a neat and tidy condition
• Mow lawns and trim bushes
• Plant and maintain flowers and other landscaping elements
• Clean facilities and grounds as needed
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Physical ability to perform manual labor

Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic landscaping techniques
• Good physical fitness
• Strong attention to detail

Skills

• Proficient in using lawn mowers, trimmers, and other maintenance equipment
• Ability to follow directions and complete tasks independently
• Good communication skills

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
