Groundskeeper

About the role

The Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining the landscaping and grounds of a residential community. This includes mowing lawns, trimming bushes, planting flowers, and ensuring all areas are clean and safe.

Responsibilities

• Mow lawns and trim bushes as needed
• Plant and maintain flowers and other plants
• Ensure all areas are free from debris and hazards
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance
• Ability to work independently and follow directions
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle

• Physical ability to perform manual labor
