Groundskeeper

The Groundskeeper

Maintains the cleanliness, appearance, and overall condition of outdoor areas and landscaped grounds.

• Care for lawns, gardens, trees, shrubs, and landscaped areas.
• Perform routine grounds maintenance, including mowing, trimming, watering, and weeding.
• Keep walkways, parking areas, and outdoor spaces clean and free from hazards.
• Assist with planting, pruning, and seasonal landscaping activities.
• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damaged property.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.

High school education or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in grounds maintenance, landscaping, or a similar role is an advantage. Knowledge of landscaping and grounds maintenance practices, ability to operate groundskeeping equipment safely, attention to detail, physical stamina and ability to work outdoors, reliability, and teamwork are required. Basic understanding of health and safety procedures is beneficial.
