From relaxing by the crystal-clear lagoon with toes in the sand to spending the day conquering thrilling water and land attractions, every visit unfolds within a stunning natural setting. Responsibilities

• Maintain lawns and landscaped areas — mowing, trimming, planting, and watering to keep them lush and inviting.
• Keep walkways, seating areas, and entrances free of debris, litter, and hazards.
• Auxiliary with seasonal decorative displays to enhance SKYLAKE's visual appeal.
• Perform minor repairs on groundskeeping tools and equipment.
• Support the maintenance team with special projects, such as preparing for opening day or seasonal events.
• Respond promptly to guest or staff reports of hazards or maintenance needs.
• Empty and refresh trash and recycling bins throughout the resort. Ensure bins are clean and odor-free.

Requirements

• Interest in landscaping and/or groundskeeping.
• Knowledge of basic landscaping and equipment operation.
• Physical stamina to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs.
• A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with pride in keeping spaces clean and beautiful.
• Strong teamwork skills and a friendly, approachable attitude toward guests.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• First aid certification preferred.
