Groundskeeper

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect and clean the community, removing litter, debris, and pet waste.
• Handle trash removal, make-ready tasks, and assist with unit turnovers.
• Perform routine service requests and ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Maintain locks, gates, and communicate with residents effectively.
• Report hazards, respond to resident inquiries, and uphold safety policies.

Qualifications & Skills

• A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
• Experience with hand/power tools and mechanical equipment.
• Proficiency in reading and following safety instructions, customer service skills, and basic math.
• Logical problem-solving skills and ability to follow written and oral instructions.
• A valid driver’s license is required.

Physical & Work Environment

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds independently.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions, including standing, walking, climbing, and operating equipment.
• Navigate stairs and uneven terrain.
