Responsibilities
- Complete requests in a timely manner and interact with residents to ensure their needs are met.
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the property grounds, walkways, parking areas, and common spaces.
- Perform routine landscaping tasks including trash removal, sweeping, debris cleanup, and seasonal preparation.
- Assist with light maintenance duties as assigned, including minor repairs and preventative upkeep.
- Support the maintenance team with property turns, inspections, and preparation of vacant units as needed.
- Monitor exterior lighting and report safety concerns or maintenance issues promptly.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and supplies in an organized and safe manner.
- Follow company safety guidelines and ensure compliance with property standards.
- Provide courteous and professional service to residents and team members.
- Assist with snow removal or weather-related preparation as required.
- Assist with light maintenance duties such as replacing air filters, minor touch-ups, and basic repairs.
- Assist in inventory control of tools, equipment, and supplies.
- Maintain a professional appearance and represent the community with a positive and courteous attitude.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support operational needs.
Qualifications
- Previous groundskeeping, janitorial, or property maintenance experience preferred.
- Light maintenance experience (unit turns) highly preferred.
- Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions.
- Snow removal and landscaping experience a plus.
- Comfortable working with and around cleaning agents and equipment.
- Ability to follow direction, work independently, and manage assigned tasks.
- Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation required.
- Schedule flexibility is required, including the ability to work weekends when necessary to meet property maintenance demands.

Pay
Anticipated salary range: $23.75 per hour. Annual Performance Bonus. This position is Non-Exempt, meaning eligible for overtime pay.
Schedule
Schedule flexibility is required, including the ability to work weekends when necessary to meet property maintenance demands.
