Responsibilities

• Responsible for the upkeep and appearance of our manufacturing facility
• Perform tasks such as mowing, trimming, fertilizing, mulching, and other landscaping
• Remove trash, debris, snow, and ice from the grounds and parking lots
• Paint and power wash the buildings and signage as necessary
• Operate and maintain various tools and equipment such as lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, shovels, rakes, and other powered equipment
• Follow safety procedures and report any hazards or damages to the supervisor
• Work independently or as part of a team, depending on the needs of the day

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in groundskeeping or landscaping
• Physical ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
• Knowledge of basic gardening and landscaping practices and techniques
• Skills to operate and maintain various tools and equipment safely and efficiently
• Attitude to work hard, be reliable, and take pride in your work
