Groundskeeper

What You’ll Do

• Curate the Landscape: Perform high-standard lawn care, including mowing, and fertilization.
• Horticultural Care: Plant, prune, and maintain trees, shrubs, and seasonal flowers to ensure peak health and visual appeal.
• Infrastructure Maintenance: Keep walkways, parking lots, and common areas free of debris, snow, and ice.
• Irrigation Management: Monitor and perform minor repairs on sprinkler systems to ensure efficient water usage.
• Equipment Stewardship: Operate and maintain lawncare equipment.
• Seasonal Transitions: Lead the charge on leaf removal in the fall and snow mitigation during winter months.
• Focus on detail.
• Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs comfortably.
• Previous experience in professional landscaping or grounds maintenance.
• Basic knowledge of local plant species and pest control.
• Valid driver’s license.

Requirements

• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
