Groundskeeper

About the role

The groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and aesthetics of the property grounds.

Responsibilities

• Maintain landscaping and grounds according to established standards and policies.
• Perform regular maintenance on all outdoor facilities including mowing, trimming, and watering.
• Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and stored.
• Respond to emergency situations as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in groundskeeping or similar field.
• Valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of lawn care and garden maintenance techniques.
• Ability to operate various types of lawn and garden equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions.

Skills

• Physical stamina and strength.
• Good communication skills.

Pay

$15 per hour.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM.
