Groundskeeper

About the role

The Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and aesthetics of the company’s facilities. This includes mowing lawns, trimming bushes, cleaning walkways, and ensuring all areas are free from debris.

Responsibilities

• Mow lawns and maintain landscaping according to company standards
• Trim bushes and trees to ensure safety and aesthetic appeal
• Clean walkways, driveways, and parking lots daily
• Remove debris and ensure proper disposal
• Assist in the upkeep of company vehicles and equipment

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience in groundskeeping or similar field
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Qualifications

• Knowledge of lawn care and maintenance practices
• Experience with lawn mowers, trimmers, and other equipment
• Attention to detail and ability to follow directions

Skills

• Strong physical fitness
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Schedule
