Envolve Client Services Group owns and professionally manages apartment communities located in select markets throughout the southeastern United States. We are a company whose success is measured by our residents' satisfaction in making their apartment homes and community a great place to be. Envolve Client Services Group offers a wide variety of opportunities from residential apartment management, leasing, maintenance and more. We are currently searching for Groundskeepers at our Eastview Station, Eastview Commons, and Eastview Place locations.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning grounds on a continual, daily basis
• Responsible for the exterior curb appeal
• To report any physical damage or concerns about the exterior to the Community
• Light maintenance improvements as necessary to physical
• To help create and maintain at all times a company direction designed to develop loyalty, team spirit and unity of all Envolve
• To work with Manager and leasing personnel to determine high visibility areas with special
• To assist office staff with special leasing programs involving the exterior of the grounds of the property
• To recommend and implement improvements to the physical exterior which benefit marketing and leasing
• To assist residents with special
• To demonstrate ability to resolve physical problems for the community
• Other duties as assigned, which employee is capable of performing

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED
• 2+ years of grounds experience preferred
• Multifamily experience preferred

Pay

$15.50 - $16.50
