Groundskeeper

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Cleaning grounds on a continual, daily basis
• To report any physical damage or concerns about the exterior to the Community
• To perform light maintenance improvements as necessary to the physical environment
• To help create and maintain a company direction designed to develop loyalty, team spirit, and unity among all Envolve employees
• To work with Manager and leasing personnel to determine high visibility areas with special needs
• To assist office staff with special leasing programs involving the exterior of the grounds of the property
• To recommend and implement improvements to the physical exterior which benefit marketing and leasing
• To assist residents with special requests
• To demonstrate ability to resolve physical problems for the community
• To perform other duties as assigned, which the employee is capable of performing

Education And Work Experience Requirements

• A High School Diploma / GED
• 2+ years of grounds experience preferred
• Multifamily experience preferred

Rate

$15.50 - $16.50 per hour
