Groundskeeper

About the Role

Envolve Client Services Group owns and professionally manages apartment communities in select markets throughout the southeastern United States. We are seeking friendly, self-motivated individuals with positive attitudes and a drive to succeed to join our team as a part-time Groundskeeper for La Vista.

Responsibilities

• Clean grounds on a continual, daily basis to maintain exterior curb appeal
• Report any physical damage or concerns about the exterior to the Community Manager
• Perform light maintenance improvements as necessary
• Help create and maintain a company direction designed to develop loyalty, team spirit, and unity
• Work with Manager and leasing personnel to determine high-visibility areas requiring special attention
• Assist office staff with special leasing programs involving the exterior grounds of the property
• Recommend and implement improvements to the physical exterior to benefit marketing and leasing efforts
• Assist residents with special requests related to grounds maintenance
• Demonstrate ability to resolve physical problems for the community
• Perform other duties as assigned, which the employee is capable of performing

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years of grounds experience preferred
• Multifamily experience preferred

Pay

$17.00 - $18.00 per hour
