Groundskeeper

About the role

Envolve Client Services Group owns and professionally manages apartment communities in select markets throughout the southeastern United States. We are seeking a Groundskeeper for Rock Creek Apartments in Rockville, MD to maintain the exterior curb appeal and support the community’s leasing and marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning and upkeep of the property grounds
• Report any physical damage or exterior concerns to the Community Manager
• Perform light maintenance and improvements to enhance the property’s appearance
• Collaborate with the Manager and leasing staff to identify high-visibility areas needing special attention
• Assist with special leasing programs involving the exterior grounds
• Recommend and implement exterior improvements that support marketing and leasing efforts
• Assist residents with exterior-related requests and resolve physical problems for the community
• Contribute to a company culture that fosters loyalty, team spirit, and unity
• Perform other duties as assigned, based on capability

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years of grounds experience preferred
• Multifamily experience preferred

$17.50 - $18.00 per hour
