Groundskeeper

About the role

Envolve Client Services Group owns and professionally manages apartment communities throughout the southeastern United States. We are seeking a Full-Time Groundskeeper to maintain the exterior curb appeal and cleanliness of Park Terrace in Tampa, FL.

Responsibilities

• Clean grounds on a continuous, daily basis
• Maintain exterior curb appeal and report any physical damage or concerns to the Property Manager
• Perform light maintenance improvements to the physical exterior as necessary
• Assist office staff with special leasing programs involving the exterior of the property
• Assist residents with special needs
• Resolve physical problems for the community good
• Help create and maintain a company culture that fosters loyalty, team spirit, and unity
• Perform other duties as assigned, which the employee is capable of performing

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years of grounds experience preferred
• Multifamily experience preferred

Background check and drug testing required.

Pay

$18.00–$19.00 per hour
