Groundskeeper

About the Role

Culver Academies is seeking a Groundskeeper to support our mission by maintaining the campus grounds. This role involves seasonal duties including lawn care, landscaping, leaf clean-up, and snow removal on our 1,800-acre campus located on the shore of Lake Maxinkuckee in Culver, Indiana.

Responsibilities

• Lawn care and landscaping in the spring and summer
• Leaf clean-up in the fall
• Ice and snow removal in the winter

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Indiana driver’s license with a good driving record
• Physical capability to perform duties, including bending, stooping, lifting 50+ pounds, walking long distances, and operating equipment such as leaf blowers and push mowers
