Groundskeeper

Job Summary

The Groundskeeping Foreman is responsible for supervising grounds crews and contributing to the completion of landscaping and maintenance tasks at assigned properties. This position ensures that all grounds are properly maintained through the safe and efficient use of hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment.

Minimum Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the US.
• Must pass a background check.
• Bilingual (Spanish & English) is a must.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience.
• Must work with crew members in high temperatures.
• Must be a team player.

Supervision Received and Exercised

Receives supervision from the project manager. Exercised supervision over crew members.

Working Conditions

The primary duties of this position are performed outdoors. A significant part of the job involves physical activity. There will be prolonged periods of standing and walking during the course of the work. Work conditions involve some exposure to hazards or physical risks, which require the implementation of basic safety precautions.
