About the role

At Beacon Management, we proudly own and operate a vast portfolio of 61 residential housing communities across the United States, including Michigan, New York, and Virginia. Our core mission is to provide exceptional customer service and deliver joy and contentment to our residents.

Responsibilities

• Maintain community grounds and landscaping (includes weeding, dumpsters, curb lines, parking areas etc.)
• Handle snow and debris removal
• Support maintenance as needed with special projects
• Auxiliary in maintaining the cleanliness of all common areas and amenities as needed

Qualifications

• Previous experience in landscaping
• Customer service skills and the ability to develop a rapport with the residents and staff
• Ability to complete tasks and follow directions
• Attention to detail
• Verbal communication skills
