Groundskeeper Apartment Maintenance

About the role

Final prep and small repairs of luxury apartments
Drywall repair
Paint touch-up
Door and lock changes
Light plumbing and electrical
Other duties as assigned

Responsibilities

Landscaping
Pool maintenance
Trash pick-up and removal

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of landscaping or grounds experience required
CPO (Certified Pool Operator Certification) preferred
Experience in maintaining commercial grounds preferred
High school diploma or equivalent required
Valid driver's license required
Strong customer service orientation
Have an eye for detail to ensure property is presentable for new & existing residents
Able to consistently display a positive attitude
Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
