Responsibilities
- Maintain grounds including mowing grass, edging sidewalks, planting, trimming, watering, and raking leaves.
- Pick up trash and recyclables.
- Assist with furniture, equipment, and office moves.
- Remove snow and ice, spread anti-skid material.
- Operate various equipment such as truck, tractor, skid loader, forklift, mowers, chainsaw, and edger.
- Perform on and off campus deliveries.
- Set up and dismantle event venues.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent, plus one year of effective experience, including supervisory experience or preventative maintenance experience on landscaping equipment.
- Ability to operate truck, tractor, mower, and miscellaneous equipment.
- Ability to lift, pull, or push up to 50 pounds, climb, and use a ladder.
Shift
Shift hours may vary, including evenings, weekends, and college closure periods.
