About the role

Responsible for maintaining and enhancing the grounds of a commercial property. Duties include landscaping, lawn care, snow removal, and facility upkeep.

Responsibilities

• Maintain landscaping and lawn care
• Perform snow removal and ice management
• Ensure facilities are clean and in good condition
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to environmental regulations

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of related experience
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Qualifications

• Knowledge of landscaping and maintenance practices
• Experience with snow removal equipment
• Strong attention to detail

Skills

• Proficient in using landscaping tools and equipment
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
