Grounds Maintenance Worker

Maintain general upkeep of all campus grounds

• Maintain flowerbeds, trim and remove shrubs.
• Clean gutters.
• Pressure wash areas as needed.
• Use hand tools.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous grounds experience
• Prior experience operating zero-turn mowers preferred
• Prior experience operating implements such as land-plain, tillers, and box blade preferred
