Grounds Maintenance Technician - Landscape Laborer
Schedule
This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 4 PM.
Role
As our Landscape Maintenance Crew Member, you'll meet with your crew to review the plan before heading out to maintain and improve landscapes. You'll operate professional-grade equipment to cut grass, pull weeds, and complete seasonal clean-ups, working safely and efficiently with your team. Throughout the day, you'll transform properties, knowing your hands-on skills help keep every landscape healthy, polished, and looking its best.
Requirements
- Landscaping or grounds maintenance experience
- Knowledge of landscaping techniques and equipment
- Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects
- Strong communication skills, teamwork abilities, and attention to detail
- Able to follow directions and complete tasks independently

Pay
The Landscape Maintenance Crew Member will earn a competitive wage of $18–$22 per hour.
Schedule
Work Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 4 PM.
