Grounds Maintenance Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Possess a hunter mentality and strong relationship-building skills
• Generate new business opportunities and close deals
• Engage with property management companies and other commercial clients
• Conduct outreach using various platforms and personal networks
• Conduct property walkthroughs and prepare estimates
• Negotiate and finalize contracts
• Maintain relationships with accounts won and drive growth
• Coordinate with leadership on pricing and reviews

Requirements

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience
• Valid driver's license
• Experience using CRM software
• Experience in landscape/property management preferred
• Commercial property management, and proposal and estimating experience is preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience selling commercial services preferred
