Responsibilities

• General Maintenance Worker: Perform routine maintenance tasks, ensure equipment is operational, and address any issues that arise.
• Telecommunications Mechanic I: Install, maintain, and repair telecommunications systems and equipment.
• Maintenance and Grounds Tech: Maintain grounds and facilities, perform landscaping tasks, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Engineer III: Design, develop, and implement solutions to complex problems within the field of engineering.

Requirements

• General Maintenance Worker: High school diploma or equivalent, and relevant experience in maintenance or related field.
• Telecommunications Mechanic I: High school diploma or equivalent, and relevant experience in telecommunications or related field.
• Maintenance and Grounds Tech: High school diploma or equivalent, and relevant experience in grounds maintenance or related field.
• Engineer III: Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field, and relevant work experience.

Qualifications

• General Maintenance Worker: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Telecommunications Mechanic I: Ability to work in confined spaces and climb ladders.
• Maintenance and Grounds Tech: Knowledge of safety protocols and first aid training.
• Engineer III: Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently.

Skills

• General Maintenance Worker: Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and physical stamina.
• Telecommunications Mechanic I: Knowledge of network infrastructure and troubleshooting skills.
