About the role

The Maintenance Electrician with Security Clearance is responsible for ensuring the electrical systems and security infrastructure at Building People LLC/The are functioning properly. This position requires adherence to all safety protocols and maintaining high standards of cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain electrical systems to ensure they meet safety standards.
• Install, repair, and replace electrical components as needed.
• Ensure all work complies with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Work closely with other maintenance staff to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth operations.
• Perform routine security checks and updates as required.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in electrical maintenance or related field.
• Security clearance.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of electrical systems and wiring.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and diagrams.
• Good physical condition to perform manual labor.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
