Grounds/Facility Maintenance Specialist

About the role

Responsible for maintaining and repairing grounds and facility equipment at Brethren Care Village. Duties include landscaping, cleaning, and minor repairs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds and facilities in accordance with established standards.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, and cleaning.
• Assist with special projects as needed.
• Ensure all work adheres to safety protocols.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Experience in grounds/facility maintenance preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail.
• Good communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.

Skills

• Landscaping skills.
• Basic electrical knowledge.
• First aid/CPR certification preferred.

Pay

• $15.00 per hour.

Schedule

• Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM.
