We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes Position Summary, Essential Responsibilities, Minimum Experience And Qualifications, Preferred Experience And Qualifications, Crewmember Expectations, Equipment, Work Environment, Physical Effort, Compensation. We need to map to headings: About the role (maybe summary), Responsibilities, Requirements (or Qualifications), Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must only include sections when there is real specific content. We have compensation: starting pay $21.25 per hour, plus mention of benefits. So we can have Pay section with that detail. Benefits: mention healthcare benefits, 401(k) plan, company match, crewmember stock purchase plan, disability coverage, life insurance, free space available travel, etc. So Benefits section. Schedule: mention flexible shifts, weekends, holidays, occasional overnight travel (10%), variable hours, flexible shifts, ability to work weekends or irregular shifts, etc. So Schedule section. We also need About the role: maybe Position Summary. Use

About the role

then

with summary. Responsibilities: Essential Responsibilities list. Use

  • . Requirements/Qualifications: Minimum Experience And Qualifications plus maybe Preferred? Could combine into Requirements section. Use
    • for each bullet. Need to preserve all substantive info. We'll list each qualification as li. Skills: maybe mention computer proficiency, bilingual, Microsoft Office, etc. Could be separate Skills section. But we could incorporate into Requirements. However instruction: prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. We could combine Requirements and Skills into one Requirements section. But they ask to use headings like Skills if content exists. We have specific skills: computer proficiency, handheld radios, etc. Might be better to have Skills section. But we must not create sections with filler. We have content for Skills: "Individuals must be comfortable serving Customers and be proficient in using computers." Also "Proficient with Microsoft Office suite" under Preferred. Also "Must be able to use handheld radios and headsets". Also "Bilingual skills". So we can have Skills section. We might also include Work Environment and Physical Effort but those could be covered under Requirements or Schedule? The instruction: prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. We could incorporate Work Environment and Physical Effort into Requirements or maybe a separate section "Work Environment". But we already have many sections. Could combine Work Environment and Physical Effort into Requirements as bullets. However we already have many bullets; adding more is okay. But we might create a section "Work Environment" if we have specific content: "Airport Ramp environment; the outdoor environment may present weather variations and elevated noise levels". Also "Ability to stand for an extended period". Physical Effort: moderate physical activity required... We could add those to Requirements. But we already have many bullets; adding a few more is fine. However we must not create sections with filler. We have content for Work Environment and Physical Effort, so we could add a section "Work Environment". But we already have many sections; maybe better to add a section "Work Environment" and include those details. However the instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. We currently have About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule = 7 sections. Adding Work Environment would make 8. Could we merge Work Environment and Physical Effort into Requirements? They are somewhat related to qualifications (ability to work outdoors, stand, handle weight). We already have weight handling and weather conditions in Requirements. We could add "Ability to stand for an extended period" and "Airport ramp environment with weather variations and elevated noise levels". That fits. Thus we can add those to Requirements. Let's add two more bullets to Requirements. Now check we haven't missed any substantive info: Equipment list (Computer/Electronic Tablet, ground service equipment, handheld radios, PA system, Jet bridge, air stairs, free-standing computer kiosks, LED screens). That's equipment; could be part of Requirements or maybe a section "Equipment". But we could add to Requirements as bullet: "Must be able to operate equipment including computer/electronic tablet, ground service equipment, handheld radios, public address system, jet bridge/air stairs, free-standing computer kiosks, LED screens and signs." That's substantive. We also have Crewmember Expectations: regular attendance, professional appearance, flexible hours, assist with light cleaning, organizational fit, safety ambassador, identify safety concerns, adhere to laws, uphold safety metrics, no ChatGPT during interview. Those are expectations; could be part of Requirements or a separate section "Expectations". But we already have many sections; maybe we can incorporate into Requirements as bullets. We must preserve all substantive info. So we need to include those expectations somewhere. Let's add them to Requirements as well. Thus Requirements will become long but okay. We must ensure we don't repeat info. Let's compile Requirements bullets: - High School Diploma or GED - One year of customer service or sales experience - At least 18 years old - Complete fluency in written and spoken English - Complete assessment evaluating Adaptability, Safety Orientation, Teamwork via AI/statistical scoring - Able to adhere to JetBlue Uniform Policy Manual Standards - Able to travel and/or work variable hours, flexible shifts, including holidays and weekends - Able to follow safety guidelines - Able to perform under pressure and within fixed time constraints - Able to work in all types of weather conditions - Able to make occasional trips to other locations for training or temporary assignment - Must be able to give and receive verbal communication - Must be able to use handheld radios and headsets to communicate with cockpit, dispatch, other crewmembers - Maintaining a positive, good-natured attitude is essential - Ability to handle objects up to 50 lbs frequently and/or 70-100 lbs occasionally with assistance, requiring bending, crouching, kneeling - Must be able to acquire and maintain a valid SIDA Badge - Depending on location, may need to acquire and maintain a United States Customs Clearance - Possess and maintain a valid Driver’s License and driving record meeting JetBlue insurance standards - Available for occasional overnight travel (10%) - For internal candidates, good standing in attendance, performance, and safety - Legally eligible to work in the country; pass pre-employment drug test; authorization to work in US required, no visa sponsorship - Ability to stand for an extended period - Airport ramp environment with weather variations and elevated noise levels - Must be able to operate equipment: computer/electronic tablet, ground service equipment, handheld radios, public address system, jet bridge/air stairs, free-standing computer kiosks, LED screens and signs - Regular attendance and punctuality - Maintain a professional appearance - When working or traveling on JetBlue flights, if time permits, assist with light cleaning of aircraft - Exhibit JetBlue values of Safety, Caring, Integrity, Passion, Fun; promote safety as Safety Ambassador; support SMS components; identify and report safety/security concerns via confidential reporting systems - Adhere to all applicable laws, regulations (FAA, OSHA, DOT, etc.) and Company
