Ground Beef Maintenance

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy machinery
• Use a variety of tools to repair, retrieve, and maintain all equipment in working order
• Conduct daily set-up of area and troubleshoot
• Follow instructions for their specific assigned tasks
• Work around or with machinery and power sources such as electricity
• Ensure safety, food safety, and quality
• Cleanliness and housekeeping
• Maintain a safe working environment

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Knowledge of basic tools and maintenance related subjects
• Willingness to participate on various teams such as HAZMAT
• Ability to lift up to 80lbs
• Must be able to work 10–12 hour shifts
