Ground Beef Production

Essential Functions

• Assist with Ground Beef production processes, which may include operating grinders, packaging/boxing machines, and/or other machines
• Comply with all sanitation, safety, and cleanliness Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
• Box and/or stack boxes of finished product, including correct labeling
• Contribute to a clean and safe work environment and perform other general housekeeping

Physical Requirements

• Stand entire shift on concrete and/or elevated platform
• Grip, grasp, and lift or push up to 90 pounds
• Tolerate repetitive motion using hands/wrist/arm/torso and legs

Work Environment

• Must be willing to work in an environment that produces finished food products
• Must be able to withstand a cold environment while not moving consistently
