About the Role
The Ground Based Surveillance (GBS) Finance Team within the Strategic Sensors and Precision Strike (SSPS) Mission area is seeking a Business Manager for the newly awarded $300M Ground Based Radar Digitization (GBRD) Program. This role offers a tremendous growth opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and critical program, working closely with senior leaders, the Program Manager, Integrated Product Team Leads, and functional support teams to drive financial, contractual, and resource decisions.
Responsibilities
- Support the execution of monthly earned value management cost and schedule control processes, analysis, and reporting to program leaders and stakeholders.
- Serve as a trusted business partner with internal and external stakeholders to drive excellence in financial execution.
- Brief senior program and functional leaders on program execution status, demonstrating exceptional financial and business acumen.
- Analyze key financial data to enable sound program decision-making, including earned value metrics, estimates at complete (EACs), program investments, and manpower planning.
- Manage and maintain program baselines, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of program cost charging aligned with business directives and policies.
- Drive efficiencies, agility, and speed into financial processes using the latest digital technology tools, training, and resources.
- Understand and execute within the guidelines of company and business policies and ethical standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years’ experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Office tools including MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Earned Value Management (EVMS) and/or Estimate At Complete (EAC) process.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using SAP financial (or similar) accounting system and related reports.
- Pro-active and self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced work environment.

Pay
The salary range for this role is $86,800 – $165,200 USD.
Schedule
This is a hybrid role. Employees will work regularly both onsite and offsite, with the ratio of onsite time determined in partnership with your leader.
